Prepare for the 2026 Ballot Questions
This MyBallot web app helps you decide how you’d like to vote on all nine of this year’s Massachusetts ballot questions.
It offers nonpartisan summaries of each question, researched and compiled by the Center for State Policy Analysis at Tufts University.
You can mark your preference on each question, write notes to yourself, and print or download a copy of your choices.
You can stop partway and pick up later, as long as you use the same device and browser.
We do not collect or track anything you enter. It stays entirely on your computer, phone, or tablet. More about privacy.

Your privacy
Nothing you enter here is collected or sent anywhere — not to cSPA, not to anyone. There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no analytics. Printing your card, and building the downloadable image, both happen entirely on your device. The downloaded image shows your choices, so treat it like a photo of your ballot. On a phone, saving the image opens your sharing menu; nothing is sent unless you choose an app.
Your choices and notes are saved only on this device, in this browser, so you can pick up where you left off. Nobody else can see them, and they never leave your device.
You can erase them at any time with “Clear my saved answers” on your ballot card. They're also erased automatically a month after the election. Printing, downloading, or copying your card is still the best way to keep a lasting copy.
This browser is blocking local storage (private browsing can do this), so nothing can be saved on this device. Instead, your choices are kept in this page's web address, which stays on your device — your browser may keep it in your history, like any address.
Your notes live only on this screen: print, download, or copy your card before you leave.
New to the guide? How this works.
Using the MyBallot app
- Read about each question. One by one, learn about the nine ballot questions. Each page has a summary of the question along with information about the meaning of yes and no votes. Tap or click “Read more” to see the full summary, or click the link at the bottom to open cSPA’s complete guide.
- Mark your choice. Tap Yes or No towards the bottom of each page. If you’re not sure, tap “Not sure, skip for now” and the app moves on to the next question. You can come back anytime.
- Add notes if you like. There’s a box under each question to write notes to yourself. They appear on your ballot card.
- Go at your own pace. Use “Next question” and “Previous”—or tap a question number at the top to jump to that question. You can close the app and come back later. Your decisions and notes are saved on this device. Some browsers, including Safari on iPhone, clear saved data after about a week without a visit, so save a copy of your ballot card to be safe.
- Review your ballot card. When you’re ready, tap “Review my full ballot.” There you’ll see all your choices and notes. Questions you skipped remain blank, and a button takes you back to them.
- Take your decisions with you. You can print the card, save it as an image on your phone, or copy it as text to paste anywhere. Bring it to the polls as a reminder.
- Change your mind. Go back to any question and switch your choice, whenever you like. To start over, use “Clear my saved answers and notes” at the bottom of your ballot card.
Your choices are yours alone. Nothing you enter here ever leaves your device. More about privacy.
